A close guess is fine. We turn this into what a player is worth and what your ad spend can return.

What your numbers say

These update the moment you change an input.

  • Players quit a month ?How fast players leave. If 1 in 20 quit each month, that is 5%. Lower is better. --
  • A player stays ?How long the average player keeps training with you and paying, start to finish. --
  • One player is worth ?Lifetime value: all the money one player pays you from their first session to their last, not just one month. --

We turn "how many left" into a monthly quit rate, then into how long a player stays, then multiply by their fee.

  • Leads --
  • Trials booked --
  • Showed up --
  • New players a month --
  • Cost per player ?What you spend on ads to win one new paying player. --

Your return on ad spend

This is the whole game: what one player is worth against what it costs to win them. 4:1 means every $1 in ads brings back $4 in lifetime value.

Fill in your numbers above

  • New players a month --
  • New recurring revenue a month ?New players each month multiplied by their monthly fee, money that keeps coming in. --
  • Lifetime value created a month ?New players each month multiplied by what each is worth over their lifetime. Paid out over the years they stay. --

These are projections from your inputs using our benchmark minimums, not a promise. Real numbers move with your offer and market.

Reading the result

The ratio is the number that matters. Here is how to read it and why it moves.

  • Above 3:1 is strong

For every dollar you put into ads, you get more than three back in lifetime value. That is a program built to scale, not just break even.

  • Retention drives it

Keep players longer and their lifetime value climbs. The longer they stay, the more every new signup is worth, and the higher your return.

  • Spend follows proof

Once the return is proven, more ad spend just means more players at the same cost. This is the point where scaling becomes safe.
