Your questions, answered.

Straight answers on what we do, what to expect and whether it will work for you.

What we do

How the ads and the booking system work.

We run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram in front of the parents of soccer players in your local area. The ads are photos and videos we make for you, and we only show them to parents near you.

As many as it takes to get the best results. We test a few at a time, and as we increase your ad spend, we put more of it behind the ads that are working.

What to expect

Time, spend, support, cost and the guarantee.

The only regular job is talking to parents after sessions to sell them on your training. We handle everything else. The first couple of weeks are more hands-on while we set up your ad account and get everything running.

The minimum is $10 a day, enough for 2 to 3 leads daily, which you should be on track for within 24 hours of going live. The goal is to spend more as it works. If $30 gets you a customer worth $200, why not spend more to get them faster?

You get 24/7 WhatsApp access to Magnus, and our team reviews your numbers daily to keep the system running. We also send regular updates so you are always on top of it.

It depends on what you need.

$500 a month, about, for most coaches

That covers the ads, the targeting and the system that talks to parents and books them in. Some businesses need more help than that, so their price is higher.

If we do not get you 20 new players in 90 days, we refund you. You just need to do your part.

Miss the number and you get your money back. The full terms are in your contract.

You get an onboarding form so we can build ads the way you want your business advertised, then we set up the system that messages parents and gets them booked in, whether that is a trial, a camp or the new season. Next is an onboarding call to set up your ad account, then we build your ads and aim to get you live within the week.

Will it work

Whether this fits a business like yours.

Word of mouth is great, but to grow you need to know when your next player is coming. With word of mouth you are relying on other people to grow your business. Hit a dry month where nobody refers and a few players leave, and suddenly your business is shrinking and you do not know what to do.

If you are reading this, they are probably not doing as well as you would like. Our service works even better when someone is already marketing. In local areas you need more ads in rotation since the same people keep seeing the same ones, and our system means more of the leads they are already getting turn into new players.

We only work with soccer coaching businesses, so we know exactly what does and does not work, and we see the data from our clients before anyone else. We have worked with academies specialising in goalkeeper training, elite training, and coaches who live outside major cities.

We are yet to have a client not get leads within 24 hours: parents expressing interest in your training. The only delay before you collect money is the gap between a parent booking in and showing up, usually a few days.

We have an internal process with a solution to every problem that can come up as we grow a client. Once we deploy a solution and the numbers are healthy, we double down on what is working until the next problem appears, then the cycle repeats.

Who we are

Who is behind Onside and who we work with.

We are a consulting agency that helps soccer coaching businesses, clubs, academies and private coaches, make more money. We work with soccer coaching businesses only, so we can be the best in the world at one thing.

Check out the public case studies. There are more client mentions in Magnus's Instagram highlights and on our home page, and on our call we will walk through case studies we do not publish publicly.

You know the saying: jack of all trades, master of none. We could have expanded into other sports, but we chose to be the best in the world at one specific thing.
