Is Onside Consulting worth it?

• Who runs it
  Magnus Kaizik, the founder. His name and face are on every video, and you talk to him on WhatsApp once you are a client.
• Who we work with
  Soccer coaching businesses only: private coaches, academies, clubs and soccer schools, in 7+ countries (Australia, the US, Canada, Singapore, England, Wales and the UAE).
• The proof
  Named clients with screenshots in the case studies, and coaches on camera in the reviews.
• How you pay
  By card through Stripe, under a written agreement you sign.
• Is it a scam?
  No. If you searched that, good, you should check. ScamAdviser sums us up as “legit and safe for consumers to access”. Its score sits low because it counts website traffic, and ours is a young, specialist website.

• What does it cost?
  About $500 a month for most coaches. That covers the ads, the targeting and the system that talks to parents and books them in. Some businesses need more help, so their price is higher. We go through your exact price on the call, before you decide anything.
• Is ad spend on top?
  Yes. The minimum is $10 a day. You pay it to Meta, not to us.
• Am I locked into a long contract?
  You start with 3 months, because the guarantee runs for 90 days and ads need time to work. After that it goes quarter by quarter, so you decide every 3 months. You never have to sign up for a year.
• What if it does not work?
  20 new players in 90 days, or we refund you. You need to do your part: reply to us within 24 hours, reply to parents within 6 hours, spend at least $10 a day on ads and keep spots open for new players. The refund is what you paid us. Ad spend went to Meta and does not come back. The full terms are in your contract.
• How fast will I know?
  We are yet to have a client not get leads within 24 hours. The gap before you collect money is between a parent booking in and showing up, usually a few days.
• What do I still have to do?
  Coach, and talk to parents after sessions to sign them up. The first couple of weeks are more hands-on while we set up your ad account. We handle the rest.

• You have no room
  We fill programs. If you have no spots open, you do not have this problem yet.
• You will not run the sessions
  Coaches who do not want to run trials or talk to parents after them will not sign anyone up.
• You will not reply to parents
  A parent who hears nothing for days has moved on. Slow replies waste the ads.
• You want social media managed
  We do not post your Instagram. We run ads and follow up with parents to get you players.
• You do not coach soccer
  Soccer coaching businesses are all we do.
