17 days, full group, 731 parents

Loud Ballers in North London. Louis had coached at Arsenal, Chelsea, and QPR. His 4 to 7 year old group was full in 17 days. He had to hire more coaches.

The numbers:

£886 spent. 731 parents asking about training. About £1.21 each. 9 trials booked in 48 hours. 50 trial sign-ups by day 11.

His best ad was a video he already had on his own Instagram. We put text on it, called out North London, and showed his Arsenal, Chelsea, and QPR proof. That one ad got 440 of the 731 parents.

Here is the one lesson for you this week.

When your numbers are good, spend more, not less.

They started at about £10 a day. The cost per lead was around 60p. We tripled the budget to £30 a day. The cost per lead went up to about £1. Most people panic here. They think it stopped working. It did not.

Think of it like this. Spend £10, get £100 back. That is a 10x return. Now spend £100 and get £800 back. That is an 8x return. Less efficient, but £700 more in your pocket.

The math works because one player was worth about £720 to Louis (£60 a month, 12 months average). Even at £20 to get a player in the door, that is a 36x return.

So look at your own numbers. If your cost per lead is reasonable and your player value is high, your problem is not efficiency. Your problem is volume.
